The passing of Kobe Bryant has really brought to life just how many lives he impacted. From the massive memorial outside Staples Center to all the other tributes that have poured in since January 26th it’s clear how beloved he was.
Another legend was brought to tears while discussing the loss of Black Mamba when Allen Iverson joined The Players’ Tribune. AI, known for his cold-blooded nature, broke down discussing the only time he got to play with Kobe.
“It was always a battle between me and him. Having the chance to be on the same team as him… that was it.”
Even nearly a month after the death, it’s hard not to feel emotional seeing these reactions.
