Bill Walton could probably write an entire bookshelf worth of books with all the things he’s experienced over his lifetime.

The 66-year-old two-time NBA champion was a special guest at the Chicago White Sox and Los Angeles Angels game in Anaheim and he made an appearance in the broadcast booth before the game. During that time he described what he’s like as a hitter in baseball and it turns out he might be the strongest man on Earth.

We’re not sure how they got on that topic, but Walton had everyone cracking up with his story. Later on in the night he was back in the broadcast booth and his call on a routine pop-out was one of the highlights of the night.

Baseball fans, especially in Toronto, are guilty are cheering the second they hear the bat crack, but just because it’s a high hit ball it doesn’t mean it’s leaving the ballpark. Apparently Walton is one of those fans who gets extremely excited from the sound of the bat.

Oh yeah, he’s also a massive fan of bunts and smart plays.

Can a baseball team please give Bill Walton a job in the broadcast booth?
