It didn’t take very long for New York Jets fans to fall in love with Jamal Adams.

The 24-year-old strong safety was the sixth overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft so Jets fans knew they were getting a good player, so it’s extra treat for them to find out he’s an even better human being.

On Tuesday night, Adams had the East Harlem Pride football team come out to MetLife Stadium, where he had a lot of surprises waiting for them.

The players thought they were just getting a special behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium and didn’t expect to see any of the actual players in the locker room when they entered, so when they saw Adams they couldn’t contain themselves.

Not only did they get a tour of the stadium, but Adams hooked up every player with new helmets and equipment, as well as Jordan Brand apparel.

Adams saved the best surprise for last, though, as he broke the news to the guys that they’re getting tickets and sideline passes to the Jets’ upcoming tilt with the New England Patriots on Monday Night Football.

Nothing beats Adams celebrating with all the youngsters as they jumped around in excitement.
