Kasimir Kaskisuo is one of the many goalies in the Toronto Maple Leafs’ system right now and is currently serving as the backup goalie for the Toronto Marlies in the AHL.

The 25-year-old Vantaa, Finland native has been on a bit of a roll as of late as he’s gone 5-2-1 over his last eight starts so he decided it was time to bust out a new mask; one that shows some love to the other goalies who represented the Maple Leafs over the years.

Today we have the pleasure to unleash Kasimir Kaskisuo’s knew mask💪🏻🎨. He knew how he wanted his new Leafs mask created👊🏻🍁. He is a big fan of the sketch technique✍🏻, so I picked up my pencils in blue🔵 and white⚪️ and started to draw and sketch direct on the mask. Kasimir also wanted it to be a tribute to legendary Leafs goalies🥅, so when you look closer you will find drawings of these goalies🔎👀. I just love to create Storyteller masks. Thank you so much Kasimir, I am so happy and thankful to be your artist! 🙏🏻😊🎨 @kaskisuo #kasimirkaskisuo @torontomarlies #DaveArt @theahl #DaveArtTheCradleOfCreativity @mapleleafs @nhl #DaveArtTheStoryCreator #nhl #thankful #goaliemask

The mask is called ‘Legends of the Leafs’ and it was designed by famous goalie mask artist David Gunnarsson. On the mask you’ll find tributes to some of the greatest goalies to ever wear the blue and white, including Turk Broda, Johnny Bower, Felix Potvin and Curtis Joseph.

Kaskisuo is 8-7-2 with a 3.47 goals against average and a .879 save percentage through 20 games this season.
