We’re just two weeks into the NFL season and Odell Beckham Jr. is already turning heads with his wristwear. After wearing a $350,000 Richard Mille watch during his Week 1 game, OBJ upped the ante on Monday Night Football with this watch from the same designer worth $2 million.

Odell #BeckhamJr is warming up in a $2 million Richard Mille 👀

Narrator: The watch was not worth $2 million.

A watch media website, Watch Anish, is reporting that OBJ’s Richard Mille is a fake, per Darren Rovell. The difference can be seen in the watch’s internal gears, which are black in the authentic watch but white on OBJ’s.

Well, this may come as a humorous turn of events to anyone who wasn’t particularly happy with the fact that OBJ tried stunting in a football game. But what if he knew it was a knock-off? Is OBJ running a long con on us?

After dropping their debut in Week 1, the Browns were able to get their first win of the season on Monday Night Football against the Jets. Whatever OBJ did was clearly working out for him, so despite run-ins with the league office, expect him to bring back the high-end watches next week. Probably a real one next time.
