It was Scott Hartnell night in Philadelphia on Thursday as the Flyers played host to the Nashville Predators. From the pre-game tribute to dropping the puck for the ceremony faceoff, to receiving messages from past teammates, the night was all about him.
However, when the night was first planned Hartnell probably didn’t expect to be in any of the scrums interviewing the players, but sometimes things don’t go as planned as he found himself in the middle of Claude Giroux’s post-game media scrum and he decided to ask him a question.
Giroux was all for the question, but Hartnell’s son, Wesley, didn’t seem too big on the question or the answer.
The Flyers capped off Hartnell’s big night with a 2-1 victory for their second win a row.
