Henrik and Daniel Sedin have done a lot for the Vancouver Canucks and the city of Vancouver since joining the team back in 2000.

Aside from the multiple awards they’ve won over the years and taking over the top two spots on the Canucks’ all-time games played, assists and points leaders lists, the Sedin twins have been pretty successful off the ice as well.

Last week, both Henrik and Daniel received an honourary degree from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Vancouver for everything they’ve done for the city of Vancouver since they moved there 17 years ago.

The duo took part in a ceremony last Thursday where they ended up receiving their degrees.

Despite being there for their own ceremony, the Sedin twins took some time out of their schedule sign some autographs for young Canucks fans in attendance.

The Sedin twins have worked with more than 50 different charities in the Vancouver region since joining the Canucks and that number continues to increase each and every year.
