Speculations of tampering (link: https://www.bardown.com/lip-readers-seem-to-think-they-ve-caught-steph-curry-tampering-with-giannis-antetokounmpo-1.1424716) were at an all-time high last night into this morning when Steph Curry and Giannis Antetokounmpo were seen chatting after the Bucks vs. Warriors game last night.

The game finished with a 107-98 win by the Bucks and the two shared a handshake on the court.

You can see what Steph is saying, he wasn't attempting to be secretive, but that didn't stop fans from jumping to their own conclusions.

The rumors have been dispelled!

Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes tells us what was really said after a discussion with Curry.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">🚨 EXCLUSIVE 🚨<br>Steph Curry has informed <a href="https://twitter.com/ChrisBHaynes?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@ChrisBHaynes</a> WHAT he was telling Giannis. <br><br>It was about teaming up, just not in the NBA ... in PUBG. <a href="https://t.co/LwEqvLFJnB">pic.twitter.com/LwEqvLFJnB</a></p>&mdash; Yahoo Sports (@YahooSports) <a href="https://twitter.com/YahooSports/status/1215355678388150272?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">January 9, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Steph told Haynes that he was not recruiting but giving Antetokounmpo his gamer tag so they could play in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.

Antetokounmpo hits free agency after this 2020-21 season, we'll have to wait and see what happens.
