The past couple of days have been special ones for Anaheim Ducks fans of all ages as the franchise has been celebrating the stars of one of the greatest hockey films of all-time, The Mighty Ducks.

It all started on Tuesday afternoon when the team had the stars from the movie join them on ice after practice and from there it turned into a memorable night with the cast as they joined fans for a Q&A, as well as a public viewing of the 1992 film.

On Wednesday night it all continued at the Honda Center as the cast was in attendance for the Ducks’ home tilt with the Vancouver Canucks, where they came together to drop the puck for the ceremonial faceoff and to recreate the iconic ‘Flying V’.

It was a breakout that young aspiring hockey players practiced all the time during their intense road hockey battles with their friends and now thousands of fans got to witness it all right before their eyes.
