Last week, 12 people lost their lives in a mass shooting at a bar in Thousand Oaks, California. Like they’ve been doing for years, people across North America have spoken out about putting an end to gun violence over the past few days since the tragedy and that includes professional athletes and franchises.

On Saturday night, both the Los Angeles Clippers and the Milwaukee Bucks took to the hardwood in shirts that had ‘ENOUGH’ displayed on the front and the names of the 12 victims on the back. On Sunday night, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Atlanta Hawks followed in their footsteps and did the same thing for their pre-game warm-ups in Los Angeles.

All the members of both the Lakers and the Hawks wore the shirts for the pre-game warm-ups, which was followed by a moment of silence before tip-off.

The Los Angeles Kings and the Minnesota Wild also paid their respects to the victims of the tragic shooting last Thursday night with ‘ENOUGH.’ decals on their helmets and a moment of silence before puck drop.
