Despite Tuesday being an off day for the Toronto Raptors, it ended up being an eventful day for Kyle Lowry and the team as the point guard was named to his fourth consecutive NBA All-Star Game as an Eastern Conference reserve.

Shortly after the news broke, Lowry shared a post on his Instagram account thanking everyone within the organization for getting him where he is today.

While meeting with the media to discuss his All-Star Game selection, Lowry took things one step further by putting the entire scrum on hold just so he could thank and show some love to his head coach Dwane Casey.

The 31-year-old point guard is averaging 17 points, 6.7 assists, 6 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game in 42 appearances this year as the Raptors take a 31-14 record into Wednesday’s tilt against the Atlanta Hawks.
