The Ottawa 67’s were the most dominant team in the OHL this season as they won 50 of their 68 regular season games and were the only team to finish with 100 or more points. Since they were so successful during the season it’s pretty much championship or bust for the players and fans and the team found a fun way to keep track of their postseason victories.

Ottawa opened up the playoffs with a massive 9-3 win over the Hamilton Bulldogs and followed that up with a 5-2 victory in Game 2, so fans who attended either game got to witness the 67's' new post-game victory celebration.

After every win on home ice a player to peels off a sheet from the boards to unveil an X, with the ultimate goal being 16 X’s draped across the boards.

It’s certainly not a Storm Surge, but it definitely gets the crowd going and is well received by everyone in attendance.
