It was an emotional night at Wells Fargo Center on Tuesday night as the Philadelphia Flyers played their first home game since Oskar Lindblom’s cancer diagnosis.

Ahead of the game, the Flyers’ game day staff put “I Fight For Oskar” signs on every single seat in the arena as a way to show support for the 23-year-old forward and they didn’t stop there.

During a break in the action in the first period, the team played a beautiful tribute video for Lindblom on the jumbotron, and there wasn’t a fan left in their seat by the time the video concluded.

The entire hockey community is standing behind Lindblom as he fights cancer and his teammates picked up a big 4-1 victory for him on Tuesday night.
