Connor McDavid has called Edmonton home since the 2015-16 season and we’re guessing it’s safe to say that every last Oilers fan on the planet is happy to call the 21-year-old their captain.

Recently, the two-time Art Ross Trophy winner teamed up with EA Sports and made a stop at McCauley Rink in Edmonton, where he surprised the SWAT 638 Falcons minor hockey team in the middle of their practice.

While getting to play some pick-up hockey on an outdoor rink with Connor McDavid is already amazing enough, the kids also got hooked up with their own copies of NHL 19 and some swag just in time for the holiday season.

It doesn’t get much better than that.
