Teams have been hosting different kinds of promotional nights for years now, but as of late they’ve been going all out for them by coming up with some sort of special edition jersey for that specific night.

While the pop culture promotional nights are always fun, there’s just something about the promotional nights involving another team from the same city because they tend to come up with the best looking jerseys for those events.

This year, the Hamilton Bulldogs will honour the Hamilton Tiger-Cats by hosting a Ticats Day when they play the Barrie Colts on Monday, October 14, and they have some incredible jerseys prepared for the matinee.

The Bulldogs already have a similar look to the Ticats with their black and yellow colour scheme, but on October 14th they’ll look even more like the city’s CFL franchise when they hit the ice in their Ticats-inspired threads.

Something tells us the Bulldogs might want to consider hosting multiple Ticats Day or Ticats Night games during the season because these jerseys are going to be a hit among Hamilton hockey fans.
