Max Domi has only been a member of the Montreal Canadiens for a couple of weeks but he’s already making a positive impact in local communities.

The 23-year-old was introduced to the Montreal media on Saturday for the first time since the trade, but he made some other stops during his visit. After putting on his new threads for the very first time, Domi hit up a local outdoor hockey rink where he took part in some of the action with the BLEU BLANC BOUGE kids before they head off to camp.

Domi hasn’t even hit the ice in a Canadiens jersey yet and hasn’t even been a member of the organization for a full month, but that hasn’t stood in the way of him becoming a fan favourite in Montreal. After speaking to the media and playing puck with some of the local kids, Domi made a guest appearance at the team’s development camp, where he posed for photos with fans and signed autographs.

As for Domi, he seems pretty stoked to be part of the Canadiens organization.
